Board Of Directors
Dr. Vivek Kadambi is the founder director of Belle Santé Institute of Functional Medicine, Bangalore, India. He specializes in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). He was awarded a Fellowship in Endocrinology in 2009 and a fellowship in BHRT and Longevity Medicine in 2010 by Fort Wayne Endocrinology, USA. In 2015 Dr Vivek obtained the Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy- Certificate of Training, from the Academy of World Link Medical, USA. He is a Gold Medalist from the University of Poona.
The IMA (Indian Medical Association) has appointed him “CHAIRMAN of the Committee for Person Centric Healthcare using the Functional Medicine Approach” to train more doctors in practicing this 21st century method of care for preventive, promotive and therapeutic health care in India.
He is also member of the IMA’s standing committee on Patient-centered Medicine
Dr. Nilima Kadambi is a Non-Executive Director and Vice President of Belle Santé Pharma.
She is a qualified Pediatric Surgeon and has additional diplomas in Medico-Legal Systems & Healthcare Management. She is a certified Spiritual-Clinical Counselor & a Soft Skills Trainer with a passion for Women Empowerment and Social Impact Projects for children.
She has over 15 years of Surgical Experience and another 15 years of Management Experience Dr. Nilima has worked with Chinmaya Mission Hospital, Sri Sathy Sai Hospital, TTK Healthcare TPA and was the Asia Head for Life & Health Claims at Swiss Re.
Dr. Nilima is a published author, her first book “My Ajji and I” sold about 450 copies in its very 1st year and now the Hindi and Marathi Translations are under way. From the age of 50 she has chosen to devote 50% of her time to doing Volunteer Work with Children and the Elderly.
Mr Vinod Haritwal is a Director at Belle Sante ,.He has 43 years of Business Management experience. He has served as CEO & Director of a multi-division, multi-location,global operations,listed company with strong profitability and balance Sheet .
He also has an earlier experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Management, Financial Management and Corporate Law & Governance

ASHOK KADAMBI
Dr. Ashok Kadambi was born in Bangalore, India and completed his residency training and fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Currently, Dr Kadambi has a private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he specializes in multiple Endocrine issues including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in which he has attained advanced practitioner status. He is board certified endocrinologist with 30 years of experience.

Dr. Ganapathy Bantwal is a clinical consultant. He is a reputed and experienced Endocrinologist practising in Bangalore. He is Professor and Head of the Department of Endocrinology at St.John’s Medical College. Dr. Ganapathy has been the Principal Investigator in more than 50 Clinical Trials and Studies and has published several Papers in peer-reviewed, indexed journals, both national and international.
Mr. Digvijay Lahe is a Marketing consultant. He is the Founding Partner of Fourth Dimension India, a leading firm in the country that specializes in “Below-the-line Marketing”
Mr Sreekandh is Advisory Board Member. Sree loves and lives in a world of technology. He is a computer science engineer and currently heads technology innovation at a travel company. He lives in Bangalore, India, with his wife and little one (Krish & Ziya) and loves to spend time helping other entrepreneurs adopt technology and help in scaling their business.
